Ruins of Ancient Rome

Thanks to its ancient Roman Empire, Rome has a wealth of history and culture to explore. The Roman Forums were the political and civil heart of the powerful ancient Roman Empire. On the Palatine hill, there are the ruins of the imperial palace and the flower beds in the Farnese Gardens. And you will enjoy the view of Roman Forums from Capitoline hill.

Colosseum

The grand ancient arena, the Colosseum is one of the world’s most celebrated buildings. Inaugurated in 80 AD, it offered gladiator fights, executions and animal hunts. The Arch of Constantine was erected to commemorate Constantine I’s victory over Maxentius at the Battle of Milvian Bridge in the 4 C just beside the Colosseum.
